| "Self-Exclusion" | A voluntary account restriction initiated by the User that prevents access to the Platform for a specified period, accessible via the responsible gambling tools. |

287win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and, in confirmed cases of underage gambling, forfeiture of all funds in the account in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address and preferred currency. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Holding multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 287win reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets and confiscate bonus funds obtained as a result of the breach.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 287win will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 287win accepts no liability for losses resulting from a User's failure to keep login credentials secure.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal or wager activity) for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee or account closure in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy. Affected users will be notified by email in advance.
287win is required to verify the identity and age of all registered users in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal or at any point during the Account lifecycle where 287win reasonably suspects a compliance risk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach by the User, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User following completion of all required compliance checks. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable in all closure scenarios unless specifically confirmed in writing by 287win.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 287win holds its operating license.
